Meet our Pastor

Pastor Roger was born and raised in eastern PA until his teenage years, when he moved to Central New York.  He met his wife Cathy while attending high school. They were married in 1992 and since then the Lord has blessed them with two beautiful daughters, two son-in-laws and three granddaughters, and are awaiting the birth of their fourth grandchild. In 2008 the Lord led them into full-time ministry at Miracle Mountain Ranch, a Christian Camp and Retreat center located in Northwest Pennsylvania.  There they were privileged to disciple young men and women, enrolled in the School of Discipleship. During this time he earned a degree from Clarks Summit University. Recently, God directed them to Calvary Baptist and the LeRoy community. Roger has a passion for serving and discipling others by showing them the love God has shown him. During his time off, Roger enjoys the outdoors; and loves to hunt, camp, hike, and even run when there isn’t anything chasing him as well as volunteering as a firefighter and chaplain with the Bergen Fire Department.  If you have need of pastoral counsel, or just someone to talk to please reach out either through email via our “contact us” link or you can call the church office at 585-768-2380.
